So, how did week 1 go??
Goal #1: I did complete all of my runs! Well, I completed my mileage, I did two 7 mile runs this past weekend. My ankles hurt Sunday after my run, I guess my legs aren't use to that many miles in 2 days. But at least now I know I can do it! I accomplished my stretching. I did not make it to the gym at all. I worked through all of my lunches. Ahhh the life of an accountant.
Goal #2: I did plan and buy the food for a "lower cal" menu for this week! It feels good to have a plan. I have been very disorganized on the meal front.
Goal #3: I cut 2 tanks and made the vinyl for 1 of them. I just need to cut the vinyl for the 2nd tank. Hopefully on Wednesday.
So I would say I accomplished 70% of my goals. C's get degrees, right?? lol, just kidding!
This week, my goals are:
#1. Swim laps at the gym! I bought the 1-piece suit (its so not cute) and the goggles. Now I need to use them.
#2. Be positive at work.....that's going to be a big one this week, shoot this month. Im a financial accountant for an international shipping company. We are publically traded (ISH), so we have 1 month to get all of our financials and SEC filings complete and filed. We have a new Manager and well, we are going to be busy. I need to be positive and not, well like this ecard.....
