I've always been a big fan of squats. Its one of my favorite moves in Power Lift. It is important to use proper form, trust me I have seen so many people do it wring. I equate it to sitting back in a chair. Press down in the heels, and sit back in that invisible chair. DO NOT bend forward at that waist. Total waste of energy and bad form indeed!
There are so many things to add to your squats to up the challenge. I will add some of those into later posts.
Squats are great for runners. The promote stability and balance. They help to strengthen your quads and butt! Squats are known as the king of exercise, they are a total body workout move!
